Smart Chang (スマートチャン) is a character in The King of Fighters series of fighting games. He was first introduced in The King of Fighters 2000.
Story[]
Smart Chang is another version of Chang Koehan, with a more average, better-built body and a head full of hair; an overall better-looking Chang. He uses an outfit based on Chang's first outfit and is much more intelligent than the original Chang.
